If you have questions feel free to check out some of our most often asked questions below to see if they will give you the answers you are in need of:
  • What is the return policy? You can find the details of our return policy on our Return Policy Page.
  • What are the shipping options? Shipping options will vary depending on the shipping location, quantity, weight and size of the products. Ground shipping is used for "Free Shipping" option. We use DHL, UPS, FedEx and the USPS.
  • Is the Free Shipping option good on all products? Free Shipping is available for most products on the site but there are certain products that do not qualify. Products that do not qualify are listed below:
    1. Books, Journals and Amazon store products. Any item that is required to be purchased from a website or site that is not ADayDreamingCactus.com
  • What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay? You are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees associated with the State or Country you live in.
  • When will I receive my order? Please note, it can take up to 14 days for a product to be processed and shipped out. Arrival times will vary as processing time may also vary. You should receive a tracking notice and if you would like to follow or check the status of your order you can use the Order Tracking Page to do so. 
  • What if I do not receive my order? If you have not received your order and 14 days have passed, please send us an email at DayDreamingCactus@gmail.com. Make sure to include your Name, Email, Phone and the order #.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order? If your order is defective or is flawed once you receive it we ask you to, please send us an email at DayDreamingCactus@gmail.com. Make sure to include your Name, Email, Phone, Order #, a description of the defect and photo(s) of it. We will be happy to replace the item or refund it once your request has been received and processed.  We speak of "flawed" in the aspects of torn, damaged, different size than what was ordered etc..

* Please note that products are created specifically at the time you order them and some printed colors or designs might be slightly darker or lighter and different that what is pictured in the product pictures. Refunds or replacements will not be granted for products that have a color discrepancy for this reason.

We do our best to have our products printed to our high quality standards and with the colors we design them with but the small variations in life are looked at as a blessing in our family. We hope you will embrace your different and unique product.

    • Can I make changes to an order I’ve already placed? No, unfortunately once the order has been placed and confirmed you will not be able make any changes. Although you will not be able to change the order, we can look at canceling the order and resubmitting with the changes you would like. Contact us at DayDreamingCactus@gmail.com with the request and we will do the best we can to get your order satisfied. Make sure to include your Name, Email, Phone and the order #.  
    • Where are you located? We are an Arizona, USA based company and headquartered there as a family business. Please note we take pride in what we create. Our products are produced and processed and shipped in various locations Charlotte, NC / Los Angelas, CA  USA. We also have a few of the products may processed and shipped from Riga, Latvia or Tijuana, Mexico.
